We aim to please our customer, therefore we offer a full refund for merchandise returned in the same condition as it was in when it was shipped (this includes packaging and tags). However, initial and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Example 1: If the item being refunded cost $200 and qualified for free shipping, but the actual shipping cost was $20, then the refund you would receive would be $180 ($200 minus $20).
Example 2: If the item being refunded cost $90 and you paid $7 for shipping however the actual shipping cost was $9, then the refund you would receive would be $88 ($90 minus the difference between the actual shipping cost and the amount you paid for shipping).
We will provide a copy of the original shipping receipt upon request.
